GM Diet Day 3: Weight Loss With Fruits & Vegetables

Mid-Morning Snack:

You can binge on one cup of cherry tomatoes or fruits like 1 Cup of Grapes, 4-5 slices of Guava etc. Keep it light and easy. If required, have one glass of water to stay hydrated.

Lunch:

For lunch, you can have a bowl of mixed fruit and vegetable salad. Use lettuce, tomato, boiled beetroots, cucumber, pomegranate seeds etc. and toss them well with some salt, lemon juice and pepper. Don’t use any salad dressing, mayo or vinegarette. Again, drink 1-2 glasses of water.

Evening Snack:

Have one whole orange or ½ Cup of Cantaloupe/Kiwi/Honeydew Melon/Musk Melon etc. If you are low on energy levels, replace plain water with lime water. Preferably, don’t add salt or sugar in it.

Dinner:

Dinner can be light yet delicious! So, pan roast some vegetables like tomatoes, mushrooms, carrot, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Bell Peppers etc. Add some chat masala or black salt and pepper. Finish it with 1-2 glasses of water.

NOTE:

  • You can have 2-3 Bowls of GM Diet Soup along with the foods mentioned in the chart
  • Eat whenever you are hungry and don’t starve yourself
  • You can replace plain water with orange juice, lemon juice etc.
  • Avoid eating Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Peas, Corn, Lentils etc. on this day.

GM Diet – Day 3 Exercises:

Experts still don’t recommend any heavy exercise on Day 3 of the GM Diet plan. Your body may still be adjusting to the diet changes on this day. So, continue the light workouts like jogging, walking, yoga, stretching etc. to stay active and burn extra calories. If you feel inactive or lethargic, take it easy and give yourself another day off. Drink plenty of water to recharge your body

Foods to Avoid on GM Diet – Day 3:

The list of foods to avoid on Day 3 of the GM Diet is not very different from the 1st two days. You will be required to say NO to these foods:
