6 Different Indian Style Chicken Sandwich Preparation at Home

  • Cream Cheese: 4 ounces, softened.
  • Chicken Breast Halves: Boneless and skinless, 2
  • Tomato: 1, diced.
  • Garlic: 4 tablespoon, minced.
  • Lettuce: 1 leaf.
  • Butter; 2 tablespoon.
  • French bread: 4 slices, thick.

Method of Preparation:

  • Take a bowl and mix together the cream cheese and about two tablespoons of garlic and keep it aside.
  • Heat a skillet and spread some butter on it. Season the chicken breast pieces with garlic and cook it for the next 8-10 minutes on both the sides each.
  • Make sure that the chicken gives out its juices which are a sign that the meat is cooked. The meats should also be firm in nature.
  • Once done keep it aside.
  • Spread some butter on one of the sides of each of the slices and toast it well on the skillet until it is golden brown.
  • On the other side of the bread spread the cream cheese mixture and place a chicken cutlet followed by some slices of tomatoes and a lettuce leaf.
  • Cover it with another piece of bread slice which has cream cheese spread as well.
  • Follow the same with the other remaining ingredients and cut them into pieces to make it convenient and easier to eat.

Ingredients Required:

  • Chicken Pieces Shredded – 1 Cup
  • White Bread – 4 pieces
  • Raw Onions – 1 Cup
  • Green Chillies – 2
  • Cheddar Cheese – ½ Cup
  • Salt – To Taste
  • Black Pepper – 1/4th tbsp
  • Oil
  • Butter – 1 cube
  • Garam Masala – 1 tbsp

Method of Preparation:
