Sly Stallone Splashes $35 Million on Palm Beach Mansion

Action hero Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin are following the lead of many celebs and moving to the tropical hotspot that is Florida. Thanks to its tax-friendly lifestyle and sun-soaked beaches, many high earners are making the state their new home, with Palm Beach the place to be.

Stallone’s new abode is a Bermuda-style gated estate built on 1.5 acres of manicured gardens featuring tropical plants and clusters of palm trees. The two-storey house covers more than 13,200-square-feet and features seven bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, and a dining room that can seat up to 14 guests.

Floor-to-ceiling windows create a spacious feel in the main living areas while a Basquiat painting included with the sale showcases the Rambo stars love for art. The kitchen features stained wood cabinets and designer appliances.

The upstairs master bedroom offers water views and comes with a bedroom-sized walk-in closet and dressing room. The ensuite is defined by the large tub that looks out onto the property and a glass-enclosed shower area. There’s also a fitness room where Stallone can keep fit before filming his next blockbuster.

There are two guesthouses adjacent to the main house, with one comprising a spacious lounge, wet bar, and fireplace. An outdoors cabana opens to a key-shaped pool and nearby spa. The property also has access to the sandy beaches of Palm Springs and a dock for Sly’s speedboat.
