Last year Elon Musk claimed he would sell every home he owned, and it looks like the tech mogul is keeping his word. Robb Report believes the world’s richest man has finally found a buyer for his San Francisco residence. The historic Californian estate is believed to be under contract, with the asking price being around $32 million.

Located in the affluent Hillsborough suburb, the 16,000-square-foot mansion sits on a whopping 47 acres and offers spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay and city skyline. Built in 1912 by a French nobleman, Count Christian de Guigné, and designed by Bliss & Faville, the European-style home was given a makeover in recent years to add a touch of modernity.

The seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom abode comes fully furnished and features a grand ballroom for entertaining, a dining room with a “hidden” cocktail bar accessible via a retractable wall of library shelves, and a remodeled kitchen with two large marble tabletops.

Other key inclusions include a library with leather walls and an open fireplace, wine and whiskey cellars in the basement, and a three-car garage. The main bedroom has two large walk-in closets, a personal fireplace, and a free-standing tub in the bathroom. Outside is a pool, terrace, and grassed entertaining area.

As for Musk’s current residence, he’s believed to be renting a $50,000-a-month home near SpaceX’s campus in Boca Chica, Cameron County, Texas.
