20. Cathedral of The Sacred Heart:

The Cathedral of the Sacred Heart is situated in Delhi. It is believed that Archbishop of Agra donated the bell and other artefacts, and Sir Anthony de Mello donated the altar. The Cathedral is surrounded by greenery which extends to about 14 acres.

With the foundation stone laid by the Archbishop of Agra Rev. Dr E. Vanni and initiated by St. Francis of Assisi in 1929. The church was built on Italian architecture and was designed by Henry Medd. White pillars support the canopy.
