  • Draw both knees as if bending them and hold them to your chest
  • Make sure knees and ankles are together
  • Reach hands to the back of the thighs
  • Hold the opposite side elbows
  • Lift your head now and tuck the chin near the chest
  • Inhale and exhale
  • Hold for a minute and relax

9. Reclined Pigeon Pose:
