Tom Cruise Puts Colorado Estate on the Market for $39.5 Million

Mission Impossible star and all-around weird guy Tom Cruise is selling his Colorado estate. Cruise, who first purchased the compound in 1994 after the box office success of Interview with a Vampire, built a breathtaking 10,000 square foot mansion on the property at the base of a mountain.

Surrounded by aspen trees and natural vegetation, the luxurious home can only be reached by a mile-long driveway –  or via helicopter, thanks to a nearby helipad installed by Cruise.

The spacious ranch offers spectacular alpine views and features bleached cedar timbers and native stone exteriors. The inside of this four-bedroom home is reminiscent of a ski lodge, with exposed timber ceilings, polished floorboards, and a glorious stone fireplace. The earthy home has a warm vibe and contains a games room with billiards and foosball tables and a cozy family room.

Adjacent to the main house is a three-bedroom guest lodge. There’s also a three-car garage where Cruise no doubt kept his off-road vehicles.

For those who want to follow in Cruise’s stuntman footsteps, there are dirt-bike and snowmobile tracks, a sports court, and dozens of hiking and snowshoeing trails.
