4. Touch the tip of the right-hand index finger with the tip of the left-hand middle finger.
5. And next touch the tip of the left-hand index finger with the tip of the right-hand middle finger. It’s just the opposite of the previous step.
6. Make sure that both the thumbs are extended.

If you find the mudra a bit difficult in doing initially then don’t force yourself or rush into anything. Just begin with 1-2 minutes and then gradually you can do 15 minutes a day. For long-lasting benefits, this mudra should be practised daily for 45 minutes or thrice a day with 15 minutes each.
