Rare Sealed Patek Philippe Nautilus Green Dial Watch Heading to Auction

Patek Philippe watches are one of the most popular with celebrities. Everyone from Jay-Z and Brad Pitt to Salt Bae and Drake has been spotted wearing one of the brand’s famous timepieces. Now one of the most recent releases from the luxury watchmaker, Ref. 5711/1A-014 Nautilus, is up for auction.

Known as the “green dial” (for obvious reasons) this rare iteration of the watch comes factory sealed. Acclaimed designer Gerald Genta is the man behind the original Nautilus, which’s become one of the brand’s most sort after pieces. This 2021 edition features a 42 mm case with a 26-330 SC caliber self-winding movement with a vert olive tramé color dial.

Although fairly understated compared to some other Patek Philippe watches, this smart-looking accessory has a center second and date and an integrated stainless steel PP “Nautilus” bracelet with deployant clasp. You could rock this watch for a formal occasion with a suit or a more laidback affair with a polo and chino shorts.

Whatever your pleasure, you’ll be forking out a pretty penny for this Patek Philippe Nautilus, with the watch expected to fetch between $60,000 – $180,000.
