1. Sprouts And Corn Mixture GM Diet Day 2 Recipe:
You Will Need:
- 1 cup of mixed sprouts of your choice (like chickpeas, moong dal, kidney beans or all of them).
- 1/4 cup of boiled corn.
- 1/4 cup of water.
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger paste.
- Pinch of black pepper powder.
- 1 tsp lemon juice.
- 1 tsp honey.
- Salt.
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves.
- 1 tbsp fresh grated coconut.
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes.
Serves: 1-2 People
Preparation:
- You will have to boil the sprouts in the water till tender or soft.
- Add the boiled/steamed corn and mix it well.
- Now if you want then for dressing mix ginger, salt, pepper powder, honey and lemon juice.
- (Optional) Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut.
