- First, sit down on a chair or a stool whichever is handy.
- Place both the feet on the floor with knee bend at 90-degree angle.
- Keep both the hands on the sides of the chair and the shoulders and upper part should be straight.
- Breathe out as you lift the right leg and extend it and hold in this position for 30 seconds and feel the pressure on the thigh area.
- Slowly lower the right leg and as you exhale do the same with left leg also.
- Repeat the same exercises for thigh cellulite for at least 5 times on both the legs.

4. Free Hand Squats:
A squat is the most effective workout to get rid of cellulite on thigh area and can be performed without any gym equipments.
How to do the exercise:
- Stand with feet slightly apart and hands on the sides.
- Then lift your hands and place them absolutely straight in the front of your face with finger-pointing outwards.
- Slowly try to hold the weight on your heel, backs should be straight and gradually being the hips and back down as if you are seated on a chair.
- Try to keep on lowering till the thighs are parallel to the ground and here you feel pressure on the thigh region.
- Ensure that the knee doesn’t extend the toes.
- Do the same exercises for cellulite thighs for minimum 40 – 50 times to get rid of rigid cellulite formed on thighs.
5. Gomukhasana:
This yoga targets on the cellulite formed on the thighs as well as hips and shoulder area also. It even stretches the muscles of chest, neck, arms and hands also.
How to do the exercise:
- Sit down on the yoga mat with both the knee placed in front of you stacking the left knee directly on top of the right leg.
- Once settled and aligned, keeping the back straight and sit in between the both the feet. Both the feet should be equidistant from hip area; here you can feel the stretch on both the thighs.
- Slowly now work on upper body by raising the left arms pointing towards the sky and place it at the centre of the back.
- Now gradually and place the right arm to the same position and rotate it inwards and hold the left palms fingers with the right palm finger.
- Just see that your spine is stretched and straight and slowly try to lift the left elbow towards the ceiling and right elbow face the floor. Ensure right arm is closed to head and remain in this position for 30 seconds.
- Slowly release and come back to starting point and perform the same exercises to lose thigh cellulite on the others side also.
6. One Leg Lunge:
The lunges work out fantastically and help in strengthening the thigh muscle along with quadriceps and hamstrings.
