Blue Collar Worker Menswear: AW14 Collection
New Season Range Includes Limited Edition Jeans
British Denim brand Blue Collar Worker has released its AW14 menswear collection, containing a limited edition capsule line of Japanese selvedge jeans.
The new season references traditional workwear from the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s with pieces made from ring-spun denim fabrics.
Jeans come in vintage cuts – loose-fitting and wide-legged rather than slim and skinny – while lengths are elongated to allow for hems to be worn rolled up.
The line also comprises of wardrobe basics such as t-shirts, shirts, sweatshirts and outerwear, including a dark blue bomber and a button-up raw denim jacket.
The limited edition 14oz Japanese selvedge range is restricted to 150 pairs per style, each individually numbered and sold with a copper snuff box that doubles up as a coin case.
Blue Collar Worker launched with a line of jeans in 2012 as an alternative to the skinny silhouettes of other European and American brands, before expanding into a full menswear range.
The majority of the AW14 collection is available to buy online now, with further drops expected throughout August. Prices start at £33 for t-shirts, £75 for jeans and £90 for jackets and coats.
