In their pursuit for wonderfully weird flavor combinations, Ben & Jerry’s have turned to booze. WhistlePig whiskey to be exact.

The two famous Vermont companies have teamed up for Topped Whiskey Biz Ice Cream. As the name suggests, this mouthwatering flavor tastes like the sweet brown liquor known to warm even the coldest of hearts.

According to Ben & Jerry’s, this delicious cocktail of flavors combines “a brown butter bourbon ice cream with blonde brownies and whiskey caramel swirls topped with white chocolatey ganache and white fudge chunks.” In the famous words of Homer Simpson, “aahhhhhhhhhh.”

The alcohol flavor comes courtesy of WhistlePig’s 6-year-old PiggyBack Rye that’s been blended into the caramel.

Whiskey Biz leads the way when it comes to Ben & Jerry’s new line of “Topped” ice cream flavors. What sets these new flavors apart is a layer of chocolatey ganache that covers the top of the ice cream. Check out the other flavors below:

• Chocolate Caramel Cookie Dough – Chocolate ice cream with caramel swirls & gobs of chocolate chip cookie dough topped with caramel cups & chocolatey ganache
• PB Over the Top – Chocolate ice cream with peanut butter swirls & peanut butter cups topped with mini peanut butter cups & chocolatey ganache
• Salted Caramel Brownie – Vanilla ice cream with salted caramel swirls & fudge brownies topped with caramel cups & chocolatey ganache
• Strawberry Topped Tart – Sweet cream ice cream with strawberry swirls & pie crust pieces topped with white chocolatey ganache & candy sprinkles
• Thick Mint – Mint ice cream with chocolate cookie swirls & mint chocolate cookie balls topped with chocolate cookies & chocolatey ganache
• Tiramisu – Mascarpone ice cream with fudge swirls & shortbread pieces topped with espresso fudge chunks & chocolatey ganache
