E-bike manufacturer Sondors are in unknown territory with the release of the Metacycle. Having made a name for themselves in the electric bike and scooter market, the American-based company has now stepped into the world of electric motorcycles.

Their first creation is the futuristic urban cruiser named the Metacycle. Described by Sondors as “an electric motorbike designed for the adventurous, freedom-seeker,” the Metacycle is one cool looking two-wheeler. 

Looking like something from Cyberpunk 2077, this compact motorcycle is made from lightweight aluminum and weighs just 200 pounds. The Metacylce has a top speed of 80 mph and can travel up to 80 miles on its 4-kilowatt-hour battery.

“Built to transcend barriers while offering a fresh, carefree riding experience,” the Metacylce can be charged at any public charging station. It also comes with a built-in wireless phone charger under a translucent cover where the fuel tank is normally found. 

The Metacycle has a number of other great features, including a sculptured seat for comfort and control, Michelin Road 5 Tires, and upside down forks with rebound and compression adjustment.

It’s available in three colors – supermassive, arctic, and naked silver – and retails for $5,000.
