Today, I’m reviweing the Bourjois Rouge Laque Liquid Lipstick collection, which promises 16 hours of intense colour while maintaining an air light feeling on the lips – sounds like a treat!
The reason why I’m reviewing this product because I am addicted another lip creation from Bourjois – the Rouge Edition Velvet and I wanted to see how they compare. I’ve been using the colours Don’t Pink of It, Nude-ist, Peach Club and Ravie en Rose from the Rouge Edition Velvet as my daily lip products possibly for two years now, along with the L’Oreal Lip Liner Couture (630 Beige a Nu – my holy grail product!).
The Bourjois Rouge Laque Liquid Lipstick is available in Boots and Superdrug and retails for £8.99 and can be found here.

The shades of these lipsticks are very intense. The images don’t really bring across just how intense they are, but trust me, they are bold! My skin is quite pale, which really brings more contrast to the colours. My every day shade is 02 Toute Nude, which I’ve worn to the office quite a few times now.
However, my favourite shade out of these is 08 Bloody Berry, which is great for events and occasions when you need to dress up. Shades 04 Selfpeach, 05 Red To Toe and 06 Framboiselle are quite similar, but each of them has different undertones – 04 is more orange, 05 is a true red, and 06 has a hue of pink. I’m also a fan of the shade 07 Purpledélique – plum is something I’ve never tried before and it’s so fun!
