Yasmani Grandal’s 9 Tattoos & Their Meanings

Yasmani Grandal is a Cuban-American professional baseball catcher. He plays in the Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Milwaukee Brewers. He started out playing for the University of Miami and has also represented the San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers. Grandal has many interesting tattoos on his body. 1. ‘Skeleton’ Tattoo

Tattoo: The right forearm of the catcher contains a tattoo of an intricate skeleton of a man, wearing a suit and a hat. He is holding a lit candle in his hands. There is also a tattoo of two rose flowers just below the skeleton tattoo.

Tattoo: The upper right arm of the catcher contains a large tattoo of a Scorpion in chains, some of which are intact and some are broken. The rest of his arm is completed by tattoos of rose flowers, spheres around his wrist, faded flames and skulls all done in the background.

Meaning: The scorpion represents him and the chains represent his goals. While talking about the tattoo he explained how he had achieved some of his goals and how some are still to be achieved.
