The best mascara by far has to be the YSL The Shock Mascara. My wallet cries a little each time I repurchase it, but this mascara is completely worth every dollar. It makes my lashes full and thick in just one coat, where other mascaras need two or even three coats to get to that point. 

Some other great volumizing mascaras are the Covergirl Peacock Flair Mascara and the Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara.
