We need to keep our hair hydrated and fresh with a deep nourishing mask, and condition regularly, every week. Hair professionals recommend choosing a sulfate free shampoo to avoid your wavy hair becoming dry. Look at the ingredient list on the bottle before you buy your shampoo, and check to see if it has a lot of glycerin. (That is good and what you want!) Also nourish with shea butter and essential oils. Hair care industry experts all say it’s best to use a hair mask once a week. It’s also wise to invest in a satin pillow case. It is supposed to protect your hair from outside. And when you load nutrients into your locks, your hair will stay healthy and strong from inside – maintaining the look you want!
