5. ‘1947 Cadillac Emblem’ Tattoo 

Tattoo: ‘1947 Cadillac Emblem’ Tattoo on the right side of his torso.

Meaning: Cadillac is one of the favorite cars of Travis. In an interview, he said,

I got a Cadillac emblem when I was 21 because I collect Cadillacs. I don’t drive any other car.”

He got this tattoo inked by the tattoo artist, Franco Vescovi.

6. ‘can i say’ Tattoo

Tattoo: ‘can i say’ Tattoo above his chest.

Meaning: ‘Can I Say’ is the name of the first album of ‘Dag Nasty’, an American punk rock band from Washington D.C., which was formed in 1985. It’s one of the bands which Travis loved as a teenager. In an interview, Travis was asked about ‘can i say’ tattoo, to which he replied,

I have a Dag Nasty Symbol. That’s a band I grew up listening to. And I have ‘Can I Say’ because it’s the name of their first album.”

Travis released a memoir with the same name, ‘Can I say Living Large, Cheating Death, and Drums, Drums, Drums’ in 2015.

7. ‘Boombox’ Tattoo

Tattoo: ‘Boombox’ Tattoo on his stomach.

Meaning: Since Travis is a music lover, so he got ‘boombox’ inked on his body. Just above the boombox, an angel with wings is also inked, specifying his divine love for music. In an interview, when he was asked about this tattoo, he said,

The boom box on my stomach is because I grew up loving to break-dance and I collected ghetto blasters. I had like 20 of them. Everyone else would go buy candy and I would buy boom boxes and carry them around and break-dance on the street corner on a piece of cardboard. So I got my favorite boom box when I was 21.”
