The 'Schitt's Creek' Mansion Is on the Market for $15 Million

During the first episode of the hilarious Schitt’s Creek, we see the Rose family kicked out of their sprawling mansion after losing their fortune. The home in question, located in Toronto, can now be yours for a cool $15 million.

Known as La Belle Maison, the 24,000 square foot property is a lavish abode covering three floors and boasting 12 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms. There’s also a gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, game room, home theatre, gym, golf simulator, sauna, and two pools, one indoors and one outdoors.

Situated in Toronto’s affluent St Andrew-Winfield’s neighborhood, there’s an air of French sophistication to this property. According to Architectural Design, La Belle Maison “features an arched ceiling covered in Sistine Chapel – inspired frescoes, as well as a grand marble staircase leading up to second-floor walkways filled with ornately framed artworks and lined with gleaming marble balustrades overlooking the entryway below.”

Custom built-in 2012, La Belle Maison has been on the market before. The original asking price was $17 million in 2018, but due to no buyers and the impact of Covid, it’s dropped to the current price of $12 million.
