The holiday season seems to always catch us by surprise: thanksgiving is here before we know it and it’s time to start planning what to serve at the dinner table.

I’m sure that you agree that Thanksgiving recipes are usually very similar from one year to another – there are a couple of dishes that are always expected and a couple of key ingredients that always make an appearance. However, this doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t add a twist to the tried and tested recipes.

If you’re up for it, try experimenting a little bit and add a completely new recipe on the table. After all, there are so many fun recipes online, and it can feel a little bit bland to keep preparing the same recipes over and over every year.

Now, although I consider myself a pretty decent cook, I’m not one to jot down my own recipes very often. What I do instead (and what probably many of you do too), is discovering delicious foods on Pinterest.

This holiday season is no different either: I went on Pinterest to find a couple of drool-worthy Thanksgiving recipes, and before I knew it, I had gathered dozens of recipes in my boards!
