Celebrity Worn Outerwear Enters 13th Country

G-Lab, the German outerwear label worn by Brad Pitt and George Clooney has launched in the UK for AW14.

The motorbike-inspired brand’s debut offering comprises a mainline range as well as two new collections dedicated to travelling and updates of classic models.

A core Urban line features city styles in “wool-like” and multilayer fabrics, alongside what the brand believes to be its warmest jacket to date.

The three-piece Trvl collection contains a lightweight field jacket, bomber and short coat in wind and waterproof materials with details such as removable thermal vests and hidden hoods.

Meanwhile, designers at the firm have updated older favourites, including a varsity/field jacket hybrid, through its LTD Edition range.

Existing colours, black, navy, sand, stone, olive, chilli and charcoal, are joined by new additions brown, grey and off-white for the AW14 season.

A former Dusseldorf-based design agency for Harley Davidson, G-Lab launched its own range in 2010.

The UK joins 12 other countries selling the brand’s coats including Germany, Austria, the Benelux countries, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Russia, USA and Canada.

All three lines from the debut AW14 collection are available to shop online now with prices ranging between £488 – £685.
