Kyran Bowman is an American professional basketball player. He started his career playing for the Boston College Eagles. He played for the Golden State Warriors and joined the Los Angeles Clippers in December of 2020.

1. Cross Tattoo

Tattoo: The left shoulder of the athlete has a cross tattooed on it. The cross also has wings and the sun behind it, giving out rays of shine.

Meaning: Normally the cross represents the religious views of the bearer but a cross with wings represents one’s freedom and guardian angel.

2. ‘Praying Hands’ Tattoo

Tattoo: Ky’s left upper arm has a tattoo of two hands joined in prayer, just below the cross. Both the tattoos are surrounded by a design of clouds to cover the rest of his arm.

Meaning: The tattoo of the hands is a popular one in the Christian faith as it represents the power of prayer. The tattoo also represents dedication to self and family.

3. ‘Lauretta’ Tattoo

Tattoo: Ky’s left bicep has a tattoo of the name, “Lauretta” on it. There is also a small bird tattooed next to the name.

4. ‘Flowers and Surname’ Tattoo

Tattoo: The left forearm of the player has rose flowers tattooed on it. The inside of his forearm has his family name, “Bowman” tattooed on it and the side of his forearm has a pattern of snowflakes tattooed on it completing his sleeve tattoos.

5. ‘Chucky and Mask’ Tattoo

Tattoo: The side of his right lower leg has two tattoos on it. The first one is the face of Chucky the doll from Curse of Chucky. The second one is below the face and is a tattoo of Jason’s mask from Friday the 13th.

Meaning: Ky got these tattoos as he is a fan of horror movies and these two are his favorite characters.

6. ‘DLC’ Tattoo

Tattoo: The front of his right lower leg has a tattoo of the letters, “DLC” on it along with a street light shining on the letters. There is also a sign along with the light that says, “HODGE RD”
