Meaning: This was the first tattoo that Kerwin got inked when he was just 14. In an interview, he said,
I would have dudes come up to me like, ‘Yo. Why you got that on your face? What’s going on?’ I had to think of quick answers to get out of situations. This was before SoundCloud tattoos. People looked at me like I was insane. I honestly just got the tattoo because I loved it. I thought it was, and still is, the greatest face tattoo.”
