According to Forbes, Monopoly revealed, “My street art murals are often free flowing and wild but given the intricacies and meticulous mechanics within these watches, I needed to approach the creative process with much more precision and patience.” The precision and patience have paid off.

The Astronomia’s manually-wound four-arm movement is composed of 18k rose gold and sits on a black base. Each arm supports a mechanism (including a one-carat Jacob-cut diamond). The crown jewel, the spherical diamond, makes its way around one rotation each minute. Fans will appreciate the rotating hand-lacquered magnesium globe as well as a double-axis tourbillon.

Adding more appeal to the piece, the sapphire crystal and sapphire case sides make the animations stand out within the piece. The backdrop that serves as a base is pitch black, allowing everything to pop. On the technical side, the JCAM10 caliber offers 365 parts and sixty hours of power (on reserve).

The recently unveiled watch carries a price tag of about $600,000. Only nine are being produced, so that makes this stunning, limited-edition timepiece absolutely worth checking out.
