Ingredients:

• Self raising flour – 3 cups
• Eggs – 4
• Sugar – ¾ cup, finely powdered
• Butter – 1 cup, melted
• Powdered sugar – enough for garnishing

How to Bake Plain Cake:

• Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F/ 175 degrees C/Gas Mark 4 for 10 minutes.
• Take a 9 X 13 inch pan, grease with a little butter. Dust with a little flour and keep aside.
• Take a large mixing bowl.
• Add melted butter and sugar.
• Using a whisk, beat until sugar blends well with butter.
• Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
• Add flour, little a time, mixing well each time.
• Transfer to prepared pan.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a cake teaser inserted comes out clean.
• Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
• Transfer to a wire rack and cool thoroughly.
• Sprinkle powdered sugar.

How to Bake Eggless Plain Cake:

• Total Time: 80 Minutes
• Yield: One 7” cake
