ABV is a somewhat industrial and rustic bar located in the Mission District of San Francisco. Due to their premium quality cocktails and simple yet upscale food options, ABV has become a rather trendy and popular hotspot. If you come to ABV hungry, don’t miss out on their Gulf Shrimp Tacos and Fried Chicken Sandwich. For those coming in only for a drink, you definitely need to go with one of ABV’s craft cocktails (though they do have an impressive array of wine and beer). One of the best parts of ABV’s cocktail list is the fact that it is broken down by liquor, giving a wide variety of each spirit.

2. The Beehive

Not too far from ABV is the 60s-inspired cocktail lounge, The Beehive. Offering era apropos craft cocktails, a night at The Beehive will transport you into an episode of Mad Men. This bar truly is the perfect spot for the timeless gentleman who prefers a classy and elegant night out. The mid-century lounge has a special quality that will charm just about anyone, but it takes a more mindful man to truly appreciate the detail and design that The Beehive puts on display. Though they have some small bites available for order, try to grab dinner beforehand and then unwind with a Mr. Pink or Dahlia cocktail.
