In this review, we’ll take a look at a couple of Airo Collective’s products to help you decide if they’re worth adding to your EDC.

When it comes to wallets, finding the goldilocks combination of a slim profile, useful compartments, and durability is a tall order. Simply put, most wallets are too bulky, too cheaply made, or just plain poorly designed.

That’s why I always love finding a new wallet that really lives up to its hype — and the Airo Collective Stealth Wallet definitely does. Available in a composite fabric called ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) or leather, it’s a Modest Man approved thin bifold that’s probably the most durable wallet you’ll ever use.

The company is also putting their money where their mouth is when it comes to doing good with what they make. A full 3% of all their profits is funneled back into nonprofit humanitarian organizations to advance socially responsible causes.

That’s pretty cool for a company that’s already putting a lot of time and effort into making some of the best gear you’ll ever carry.

What I Like

When they say that the Stealth Wallet is thin, they really mean it. It’s even thinner than my personal favorite EDC wallet, the Anson Card Holder.

And whether you get the composite fabric or the leather version, it’ll be tougher than steel (and equipped with RFID protection as a bonus).

Basically, this wallet is the right choice for someone who wants the thinnest carrier for up to 8 cards and a few bills of cash.

And since the card slots are offset from left to right, when you go to close the wallet it’ll stay thin even if it’s fully packed.

What I Don’t Like

The only thing that’s not on point about the Stealth Wallet might be its price, at least for the leather version.

The UHMWPE version is about half the price, but I suspect that it won’t age as nicely as leather. But given how much time they’ve put into research and development on these wallets, I can kinda understand the price tag.
