Though Ricki had got this tattoo inked many years ago, but in 2016, he decided to get rid of it by going for the laser treatment. Not only this tattoo, but he also got several other face tattoos removed in 2016. After the treatment, in an interview, he said,
I had the tattoos on my face around seven years ago, I am having all of the tattoos on my arms and hands re-done with sharper, cleaner lines. It’s just the ones on my face I’m getting rid of. There’s people who don’t like the long hair, me removing tattoos, or when I give my beard a trim. I’m doing it for myself though, not anybody else, so if people unfollow me I don’t mind.”
