Q. What to wear with black leggings to work?
A. Leggings are considered a little controversial for work, mostly because of their not-so-conservative nature. They’re also associated with loungewear and athletic wear. So how does one make them work for work? Go for a cute, loose-fitting, and long top. It would definitely have to the cover the booty and should hit mid-thigh. Top it off with a blazer or jacket, since this will help create structure since you are wearing a looser top. Try to go for good coverage leggings (none of those sheer ones!) and opt for great heels or boots to really up the style game and keep your look more professional.
Q. Is it OK to wear leggings with a short top?
A. To create a balance, symmetrical look, we recommend going for a more loose-fitting top and keeping it at least hip-length. A short top and leggings is a very teenage-girl look, so unless you are under 19, we don’t advise it!
