Orlebar Brown x Emilio Pucci Swimwear
The Prince Of Prints
Preparing us for the highly-anticipated arrival of summer, British leisurewear label Orlebar Brown has teamed up with Italian fashion house Emilio Pucci to produce a colourful collection of printed beachwear. Comprising 20 pieces across menswear and womenswear, the line “explores the timeless allure of the Italian jet set”, reviving classic 1950s prints from the Pucci archives. For the guys, geometric patterns and graphic prints adorn tailored shorts and tight-fitting rash guard jackets in vibrant, seasonally-appropriate shades of blue, orange, white and yellow. Although Pucci is best known for its infamous eye-catching prints of the sixties and seventies, this collaboration sees rarer and more unusual motifs pushed to the fore. Meanwhile, its collaborative partner Orlebar Brown is no stranger to re-imagining its signature designs in fresh, strong prints, having teamed up with the likes of Jon Frank and Condé Nast Traveller in recent months. The Orlebar Brown x Pucci collection is available now at orlebarbrown.co.uk, with prices starting at £195 for the Whippet shorts and £250 for the rash guards.
