The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are some of the most famous, recognizable, and beloved cartoon characters around. There aren’t too many people who can’t identify Michelangelo, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, or even Master Splinter.

The turtles are martial arts masters who were born from radioactive goo, raised by Master Splinter, and trained to become crime-fighting heroes.
