Let’s Talk Fashion

Who or what inspires your fashion? “Social media and my friends definitely inspire my style. Keeping [up] with social media has forced me to go to the mall more frequently. It also helps me stay more on trend. One of my friends always has the cutest clothes so I’m always trying to match her style. My style is always changing, so it all depends on what I have planned for the day.”

Where do you like to shop? “I mainly shop at the mall and when I do, I always make a stop [at] American Eagle and Old Navy.” 

How would you describe your sense of style? “My sense of style is all over the place. I mainly buy dark colors though. My mood definitely affects what I wear.”

Why did you choose this particular outfit? “I chose the lightweight black shirt because it was what I wore to lunch with my friends. I didn’t want to wear anything too heavy. The blanket scarf was for warmth, but was also a cute accessory to spice up this simple outfit along with my tan booties.”

What fashion advice would you give to other students looking to improve their style? “I say, wear whatever makes you feel confident. I’m not the best person to give advice, considering I’m the one that usually is asking for advice!” 

What are your favorite trends right now? “I don’t any favorite trends. I just go to the mall and buy whatever catches my eye.”
