Leonardo DiCaprio Puts NYC Wellness Retreat on the Market

Leonardo DiCaprio is putting his Manhatten bachelor pad on the market. The 3,673-square-foot, fourth-floor apartment in the West Village is not only a spectacular property but one that incorporates many health and wellness amenities.

The $8.5 million luxury pad is in the Delos building, known as the city’s first wellness building. What does that mean I hear you ask? Well, all the apartments in this forward-thinking building include vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and filtered water, in-duct aromatherapy, and posture supportive heat reflexology flooring made from Siberian oak.
