The hardest wheels measure 99-101a on the Durometer A Scale, whereas soft wheels come in at 78-86a. If you’re looking for a versatile set of wheels, go for wheels measuring 92-95a on the scale. Expert skaters can choose wheels that best suit the terrain they favor, whereas beginners should start training on the 92-95a wheels.

Shape

“Different strokes for different folks” is a phrase that should come to mind when considering the shape of your deck. Conventional boards are best for beginners as they don’t require specialized foot placement, whereas longboards and cruisers are better suited to flat terrain and street skating. Grip Tape
