One of the most amazing organisms that thrives on this green earth of ours is known as yeast, a eukaryotic microorganism that belongs to the fungus kingdom.

It will still produce CO2, but in the newly anaerobic environment, it will start to produce a different compound known as ethanol. We humans have another word for ethanol: booze.

What has just been described in a simplified manner is the amazing process of making beer. Beer is awesome; beer is amazing; beer is one of the most excellent creations ever engineered by man. In the past, it has been used when clean water wasn’t available, it has been cited as proof of god by one notable beer-loving Founding Father, and has been used by countless individuals to bring about great vibes and good times.
