Not much can be said about this design because it is very naive and still anyhow achieves to look classy. I am guessing that’s all the magic of the floral motifs which can make any design look ingenious. The rest depends on the varieties of strokes that are practiced. Here the shading effects inside the flowers look pretty good!

This design looks like a beautifully carved lacy glove on the fingers, especially because of the meshwork that is so popular since the Victorian age. It does give a very subtle regal vibe. I wonder what would the addition of gems do! The design could look more beautiful with the glam factor being added to it and specifically if you want to make this for a wedding function. Such a kind of Western mehndi design or indo-western mehndi patterns would look great with any outfit as it is very adaptable and looks like the continuation of jewelry (in this case, floral jewelry!)
