Looks on Campus: Chelsea – University of Oxford
Chelsea’s cute and comfortable ensemble immediately caught my eye amongst the swarms of tourists that invade Oxford in the summer. In the midst of a (relatively rare) heatwave in England, we often forgo style in favor of practicality; Chelsea is proof we can do both.

Let’s Talk Fashion
Who or what inspires your style? “Sometimes I get inspiration from Instagram accounts, but I’m mostly just inspired by the outfits of people I see out and about.”
Where do you like to shop? “Mango, H&M, Zara, and Uniqlo.”
How would you describe your sense of style? “Tough, but fair.”
Why did you choose this particular outfit? “I wanted to wear something flowy and light because of the hot weather; [an outfit] that would have a casual but elegant vibe.”
What fashion advice would you give to other students looking to improve their style? “My personal golden rule is to always wear what you feel comfortable and confident in. If someone is wearing something that’s super fashionable but they look self-conscious in it, they won’t look good. So wear what makes you feel confident!”
What are your favorite trends right now? “Really chunky, sturdy platform shoes that make me feel like I’m stomping on everything!”
Do you have any favorite fashion designers? If so, who? “Virgil Abloh, Vivienne Westwood, and Hedi Slimane.”
What do you do for fun – do you have any unique hobbies or interests? “I do ballet and I also love learning languages; I’m currently learning Korean.”
If you could raid anyone’s closet, who would it be and why? “It would actually be my mum’s. She has lots of cool vintage stuff, which all conveniently [fits] me!”
