Trevor Noah Drops $27.5 Million on Bel Air Mansion
Funnyman Trevor Noah has dropped a tidy $27.5 million on a new Bel Ari Mansion. After recently selling his first Bel Air home for $21.7 million last year, the host of The Daily Show’s new pad is just a mile down the street.
Designed by Harvard-trained architect Mark Rios, the hillside property contains six bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. Inspired by simple and smooth Japanese designs, the majority of rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows. These offer breathtaking views of the Santa Monica mountains.
The multi-level home has a minimalistic chef’s kitchen with oak cabinetry, a sun-filled living room, an office and a gym. The lowest level flaunts retractable windows while an imported German staircase made from wood leads to a private upper area. Here you will find four ensuite guest bedrooms and a master bedroom with dual stone-floored baths.
The penthouse level is dedicated to a movie theatre that opens to a rooftop deck, bar, and seating area. The property also includes a library, infinity pool, and a large motor court with room for up to 10 cars.
Small areas of manicured grass surround the abode while out back is another swimming pool and a cabana with a wet bar, BBQ, and rooftop lounge.
