Trailer Drops for Hip Hop and Skate Culture Doco All the Streets Are Silent

Greenwich Entertainment has dropped the trailer for All the Streets Are Silent, the hip-hop and skateboarding documentary charting culture in the late 80s and early 90s ahead of the Tribeca Film Festival.

All the Streets Are Silent: The Convergence of Hip Hop and Skateboarding (1987-1997) is written, directed, and edited by Jeremy Elkin, the Montreal-born filmmaker and skateboarder known for shooting Lo-Def, Elephant Direct, Poisonous Products, and The Brodies clips.

This documentary captures a timeless era of culture meeting and growing, from the boards and music to the moves and other elements of style birthed from this convergence of two different worlds.

The story is told by narrator Eli Morgan Gesner and features a host of others connected to the scene, including Kid Capri, Jeff Pang, Rosario Dawson, DJ Clark Kent, Rodney Smith, Moby, Yuki Watanabe, Gino Iannucci, and Kool Keith amongst others.

The film also features an original score by legendary hip-hop producer Large Professor.

All the Streets Are Silent is slated to make its debut at the Tribeca Film Festival on Friday, June 11, before landing in theaters on July 23.
