Snap Up Sugar Ray Leonard's LA Mansion For $46.5 Million

Boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard is putting his Los Angeles abode on the market for a staggering $46.5 million. The Pacific Palisades estate was designed by Richard Landry, a renowned architect who has built homes for the likes of Sylvester Stallone and Mark Wahlberg.

Leonard and his wife have lived at the sprawling propetry since 1993 and previously listed it for $52 million in 2019. Two years on and Leonard is trying to sell the property again, this time for a much cheaper price.

The 16,700 square foot mansion sits on 1.7 acres and has seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a screening room, and a solarium with a wood-beamed ceiling. There’s also a two-story family room with a fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and formal dining room. The master suite features a fireplace, walk-in closets, and a private balcony.

Inspired by Italian villas, the home is hidden from peering eyes by large gates and features balconies and terraces to take in the landscaped grounds. While there’s no boxing ring, the grounds do include a tennis court, guesthouse, oval swimming pool, and putting green.
