Money Clothing Autumn/Winter 2014 Campaign
Streetwear Brand Shoots Campaign In London Superclub
Money Clothing used famous London nightclub Ministry of Sound as the location for its autumn/winter 2014 campaign. The British menswear label unveiled the rave-themed images recently, which feature elements of the clubbing experience such as colourful lighting effects and smoke machines. The dark collection is made up of signature street and sportswear styles, including graphic t-shirts, logo sweatshirts, panelled trainers and textured bomber jackets. Keen to deliver a sports luxe range, designers have incorporated glow in the dark paint, leather snakeskin and all-over print details. Money’s campaign was photographed by Jonathan De Villiers, a fashion regular who has worked for the likes of British, French and Italian editions of Vogue, as well as French luxury label Hermès. The London-based firm, which has been worn by Tinie Tempah, Chris Brown and 50 Cent, came on to the menswear scene in 2003. To mark ten years in the industry, it released a limited edition collection including two new trainer models earlier this year. Recognised for its signature ape logo, the brand describes itself as merging the “artisan mentality of classic men’s tailoring married with the urgency and free thinking of British lifestyle humour and swagger”. Current season Money Clothing is available in 120 UK stockists, including ASOS, Harvey Nichols and Woodhouse. The AW14 collection is expected to drop later in the year with price points starting from around £30 for t-shirts.
