Men’s Kenzo Watches

Kenzo To Launch New Watch Range

French luxury goods firm Kenzo has announced plans to roll out a line of watches next month, including nine styles for men. According to the official launch post on the company’s blog, the Kenzo Time range will tell the story of the brand, with each piece designed to represent the “past, present, and future” of the fashion house. Images released along with the initial statement show features of the watches, including coloured hour markings on black faces, brightly coloured straps and oversized dials. Founded in 1970 by Japanese designer Kenzo Takada, the Paris-based label now operates under the direction of Opening Ceremony’s Humberto Leon and Carol Lim. In 1993, multinational conglomerate Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA purchased the brand. With the launch Kenzo Time will join other already successful names in LVMH’s watch division, currently made up of Bulgari, TAG Heuer, Zenith and Hublot. The TWC-L’amy group has been confirmed as the exclusive maker and distributor for the watches. Kenzo’s previous attempt at timepieces in 2008 was headed up by the GL Group distributors. All nine male styles will launch on May 4th via select Louis Pion retailers in France as well as at Kenzo stores across London, Paris, Brussels, Milan, Madrid, and online. The brand will kick off an international release in August with prices starting at €99 (£80).
