Floyd Mayweather has added a new home to his growing property portfolio. The undefeated boxing champion already owns two mansions in Beverly Hills and Las Vegas, with his latest acquisition located in the neon-drenched metropolis that is Malibu.
The $18 million waterfront estate spans three acres on Palm Island, a man-made island on Biscayne Bay. Covering 10,853-square-foot of living space, the striking home also has a massive 5,000-square-foot rooftop deck.

The home, fit for someone of Mayweather’s stature, is three stories tall and consists of nine bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, and includes a movie theater, gym, and games room. You can take the stairs or an elevator to reach the upper levels, with the owner’s suite decked out with hardwood floors, neutral colors, and a mammoth bathroom that includes a spa bath looking put across the bay.
There are four garages for Money Mayweather to stash his impressive car collection along with room for six cars on the driveway. The outside patio area sits on a stone deck and features plenty of space for entertaining, along with a pool spa and entry to a private deck that accommodates a 100-foot yacht.
