Tech Tycoon Drops $30 Million on Calabasas Mansion
Justyn Howard is another tech entrepreneur who’s managed to hit pay dirt over the past decade. The 40-year-old got his big break in 2010 with the launch of his start-up Sprout Social, a social media management firm. Since then the company has become a publicly traded and NASDAQ-listed tech behemoth worth a touch over $5.5 billion.
Like many in the tech game, Howard is dropping big numbers on property across America. Just last year he forked out a cool $20 million for a Malibu estate, and this week has upped the ante with a $30 million mansion in Calabasas.

Howard’s latest acquisition was built in 2020 and is located in the gate-guarded Estates at the Oaks complex in Calabasas, California. Designed by Mike Palumbo of Palumbo Designs, the sprawling three-leveled home covers 22,000 square feet and sits on 1.75 acres. Described as “French Modern,” the contemporary estate has a neutral colorway (think blacks, greys, and whites) that’s offset by colorful artwork and furnishings from a plethora of high-end Italian brands such as Minotti, Fendi Casa, and B&B Italia.
There are eight bedrooms and 14 bathrooms with a host of other awesome features, including a wellness center and massage room complete with a wet steam shower and “Nordic” sauna. The mansion also has three kitchens, a spacious laundry with four washing machines, a home gym setup, movie theater, billiards room, and wine cellar. If Howard gets thirsty there are five wet bars scattered across the estate – a living room bar, basement-level “party bar,” outdoor cabana pool bar, a “gym protein shake bar,” kitchen area wine bar, and a master bedroom coffee bar.
