Amulets and talisman are objects that have been blessed and thought of as having a certain magical power within them that wards off evil and harmful spirits. Not only do they protect you against these entities, they bring good luck to the individual that has these objects in their possession. Although the evil eye is a glare coming from a person to another, it is a very popular tattoo concept to get angry, vicious eyes (or just one eye) tattooed somewhere on the body so whoever is looking at it gets that sense of being looked through and cursed!
