Glistening Titanium Big Bang DJ Snake Flyback Chronograph Lands on the Beat
During a recent live set with DJ Snake in Paris, a new and colorful watch was dropped. It is part of a collaboration with Swiss watchmaker Hublot.
The French-Algerian DJ Snake, also known as William Sami Étienne Grigahcine, first gained the music world’s attention in 2013 when he worked with Lil Jon on the hit single Turn Down for What. Since that time, his fame has only grown and will likely continue to do so with his titular watch.
The 45 mm titanium wristwear, the Big Bang DJ Snake, boasts a flashy exterior with a colorful PVD finish. The hues come from a coloring known as “Newton’s Rings,” ranging from blue to violet and back again.
The dial, which is open, exposes an iconic globe-shaped lattice, a symbol well-known by DJ Snake fans around the world. Behind, a black UNICO flyback chronograph configuration is readily observed.
The watch is accompanied by two straps. Made of rubber, there is one black and one with a pattern. The more decorative band is camouflage with a fabric texture, featuring shades of gray, purple, and black. They are easily interchangeable thanks to Hubolt’s convenient One Click system.

Hublot’s CEO, the well-known Ricardo Guadalupe, is excited about the launch, reportedly commenting that everything DJ Snake touches seems to have the Midas touch: “DJ Snake turns everything he touches to gold.”
The piece is limited edition, so it’s a sure bet fans will be itching to get their hands on one before they run out. With Hublot’s decision to only produce 100 timepieces in the DJ Snake model, the time to buy is now. It’s sure to be a collector item in the near future.
The collaboration is rumored to have begun with DJ Snake’s personal interest in the brand. He has maintained a personal relationship with Ricardo, and a brainstorming session resulted in this latest launch, the HUBLOT X DJ SNAKE collaboration.
