Among the tattoos that Chiara Ferragani has on her forearm is a pair of lions standing in the center of an oval frame. In this image, a male and female lion embrace every other, representing the possibility of finding love. Her fate would have it that shortly thereafter, she met and married her husband Federer. In a conversation with a Female, she said:

At the end of August 2016, after a few months of being single and ‘dating’ guys who were not right for me, I tattooed two lions on the back of my right arm; a male lion and a female lion, which meant true love to me. The next day, Fede wrote to me to go to dinner and a week later we had our first date. I found my true love and [my son] Leo is the celebration of this love.

A very faint tattoo of the children’s book character The Little Prince (Il Piccolo Principe) has been found on Chiara Ferragni’s left bicep. She met up with Los Angeles tattoo artist Dr. Woo in her hotel room in March 2018 while he was in Paris, doing the tattoo in her hotel room.

Her tattoo may look sideways from the front, but when she holds the arm outwards, it is oriented properly from the front. Among the illustrations she chose, she drew a picture of The Little Prince standing in the grass with his star shining down on him. On the page where the prince tells the narrator, it appears to be an unexpected revelation: “In one of the stars, I shall be living. In one of them I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars will be laughing when you look at the sky at night..You, only you, will have stars that can laugh!”
