Drake’s Label Collaborates With Canada Goose

Luxury technical outerwear label Canada Goose, known for their Arctic-proof jackets, has collaborated with Drake and his producer Noah Shehbib’s creative collective, OVO, for an AW14 capsule collection. It is the next instalment in the popular team-up that was first launched back in 2009. October’s Very Own (OVO) was founded by the music-making duo in order to bring together their interest in all aspects of design and music. The label has subsequently produced various limited edition run T-shirts for a number of related artists, along with cover designs and graphics. The third collection from the combined creative forces see’s Canada Goose’s iconic designs take on an urban-inspired edge. Key pieces include the Chilliwack bomber (£625) and Freestyle vest (£275). Using a black and grey digital camo print set against a vivid orange lining, the capsule is a strong mix of both brand’s signature styles. With only 500 of the Chilliwack jacket and 370 of the Freestyle vests produced, this is a capsule that is sure to sell out fast, so make sure you’re ready for launch day. Canada Goose x OVO capsule is available from the end of December at Browns and Harvey Nichols.
