Blackwell Rum will release a sleek black and gold limited edition 750ml 007 Blackwell Rum bottle. The label features a unique QR code that offers an augmented virtual reality experience.

Blackwell Rum owner and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Chris Blackwell resides at the majestic Golden Eye property, the former residence of James Bond writer, Ian Fleming.

“This is a rum that celebrates Jamaica, my friendships, and also my family legacy,” said Blackwell, before the launch of the collaboration.

“It was a pleasure working alongside the No Time to Die production team in Jamaica providing our iconic rum for the set in James Bond’s house, which has made this very special relationship come full circle.”

The 5th edition of Daniel Craig as 007 sees Bond’s idyllic island retirement in Jamaica ruined when his CIA agent friend Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright) seeks his help tracking a kidnapped scientist. The film also features Rami Malek, Lea Seydoux, Lashana Lynch, Ralph Fiennes, Naomi Harris, and Ana De Armas.

Blackwell first brought reggae music to western ears with the iconic Island Records, home of greats such as Bob Marley and Toots and the Mayals. He’s split his time between Jamaica and England since the late 1950s.

Blackwell even served as a location scout on the 1962 Bond film Dr. No, where he spent time with Fleming at the Golden Eye property.

The limited-edition Blackwell Rum 007 750ml bottle will retail for $35.00USD and can be ordered online here.
